Each room at Villa Alexis is awash with natural light and spectacular waterfront views. As you enter you are greeted by a spacious open concept kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room with a 55” flat screen TV. The highlight of the living room and kitchen is the view of the ocean just outside the windows. Wall-to-wall sliding doors look out over the open pool area, where you are invited to grill, dine, or lounge while enjoying your favorite music on the surround sound system. Journey back inside to the main level suite complete with a spacious en-suite bathroom and king bed. Further down the hallway is a guest bedroom with furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Just upx the two flights of stairs is a 3rd guest bedroom. This bedroom has two queen beds, a private sundeck with seating, plus a spacious en-suite bathroom. Just across the hallways is the villa's primary suite. This space is the hidden gem of this villa. Guests enter through a double door to a spacious closet and full-length mirror on their left. To your right is a 200-square foot bathroom with a luxurious stand-alone tub in the center. Also included in the primary suite are twin sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower. Just through the doors of the primary bathroom is the primary bedroom complete with a king bed looking through glass sliding doors and out onto the private deck. Chez lounge chairs and the spectacular elevated views of Silly Creek make this the perfect place to work, read a book, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Guests arriving to Sunny Bay Estates will receive a complementary VIP shuttle to and from the airport. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a butler and given a full tour of the property and all its amenities. Each guest will also have access to an on-call butler and a daily turn down service.
