Luxury homes require a top-notch experience. From the moment a guest books until they arrive back home, our concierge teams provide the experience of a lifetime. Our services include airport transportation, concierge, grocery pre-stocking, private chef services, excursion planning, and more.
Pre-Arrival
Our reservations team is one of the best in the business. They handle communications with each guest prior to their arrival. This includes verifying the guest’s identity, collecting travel information, arranging on-site services, and eventually handing off the guest to our on-site concierge team. This is the first step in creating a world-class experience and developing a rapport with every one of our guests. Our goal is to tailor each vacation to our customer’s needs in hopes of establishing repeat business to maximize the rental income on your home each year.
Arrival
Prior to the guest’s arrival, our reservations team will send our on-site concierge team the guest’s travel information and any additional information about services the guest would like to include. From this point, our concierge team will give the guests access to the digital guidebook, verify that the house is in pristine condition, and that everything is ready for the guests to arrive. Upon arrival, the concierge team will meet the guests at the airport or home, give them a tour of the house, answer any questions, and make sure that any additional requests are immediately met.
