PETER BISANZ, CEO
Travel is a huge passion of Peter’s, having been to over 100 countries, and lived all over the world – from Los Angeles to NYC, England to Switzerland, South Africa to India.
Prior to moving back to the Twin Cities he was the founding Director of the first Center for Social Impact Entertainment in Hollywood and helped run the World Economic Forum’s think/do tank in Geneva.
Peter has a B.F.A. in film and television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, an M.B.A. from University of Oxford’s Said Business School and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Anna Diebel, Vacation Specialist
Anna manages the customer experience with Elite Destination Homes. She is your go-to resource for all things relating to your trip before you connect with your local concierge. As a person who is passionate about discovering new places around the world, cultivating an appreciation for other cultures, and making lifelong family memories; she is dedicated to helping you make the most of your vacation. Some of her favorite memories include her first trip to New York City in high school, backpacking through Europe after college, and now watching her kid’s curiosity expand while traveling. Each travel experience offers a way to grow individually and connect as a family. She has over 15 years of experience working in both B2B, and B2C environments and strives to provide the best experience for individual client’s needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
Gina schad, accountant
Joining the Elite Destination Homes team in fall of 2021 is Gina Schad. She will be the Senior Accountant, and strives to provide accurate and timely financial information to all property owners and guests. Gina comes with a wide variety of experience. She has worked in public accounting doing Individual & Corporate tax preparation, in Non-Profit accounting at the Salvation Army, and at 3M doing Cost Accounting analysis, among other things.
Her hobbies include fostering dogs for a local rescue organization, playing with her 3 granddaughters, and sitting by the fire with friends in the summer.

Valerie langenfeld, director of operations
Valerie joined Elite Destination Homes in February 2022 as the Director of Operations. She has a degree in communication studies and has been working in homeowner association management for the past 9 years. Prior to that, she worked in many different industries making her a jack of all trades. Valerie’s focus will be asset management and customer service.
When weather permits, Valerie enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, biking and bonfires. During colder weather she switches to climbing indoors.
Jordan Graham, Director of Marketing
After spending more than 5 years designing, coding, and writing for the likes of The NFL Hall of Fame, Optum, United Health Group, Agropur, Andrew Zimmern, and countless others, Jordan joined the Elite team in 2019. With a skillset that ranges from video production to graphic design, social media management, and copywriting, he lends a creative edge that is showcased through the marketing & branding of Elite. Jordan leads our weekly meetings, designs our marketing emails, updates the Elite website and social media, and finds time to water the office plants in between.
As an immensely perceptive learner and a truly charismatic teammate, Jordan brings an unparalleled energy to the people he interacts with on a day in, day out basis.
