One of our favorite small restaurants in all of Paris is steps from Luxembourg Gardens and only a six-minute walk from Rue du Four. La Cuisine de Philippe is home to some of the best French dishes in the city. Philippe’s Kitchen is known for their mouthwatering soufflé, veal kidneys, and seabass fillets.
