This unique opportunity allows you to own a unique masterpiece in Puerto Vallarta at a fraction of the cost without any of the headaches of maintaining it. Your investment includes the purchase of your interest along with the ongoing operating expenses for the home. These expenses are shared by all owners and are budgeted annually with assessments billed quarterly.

Owner Use

We offer a flexible calendar – there are no assigned weeks and you may begin reserving stays at your home immediately. Each spring, we have Open Enrollment where all owners choose their days for the following year. In the rare event that two or more owners request overlapping dates, we make every attempt to work out a compromise.

Owner Concierge Services

When you own with Elite, we take care of everything. Our owners have consistently great vacation experiences every time they visit their homes. You’ll develop a close relationship with your Elite Concierge, whose mission is to look after you and your guests and ensure that your stay is a seamless, satisfying experience.
