The founders of ELITE have been marketing and managing rental property for nearly forty years. It is this experience and acumen in maximizing value and income potential that ELITE brings to bear on behalf of its fractional owners and their homes.

Since ELITE doesn’t take commissions on rents we generate for our fractional ownership properties, we are just as pleased if owners use their home 100% of the time with no rental activity.

But in most cases ELITE co-owners value the ability for rental guests to help offset the carrying costs of owning fractionally.
