Elite 100 – Vacation Home Exchange is only available to Elite fractional owners or vacation homeowners who are working with Elite to fractionlize and/or rent their home.
Each home in Elite world collection is vetted to ensure that it meets our rigorous standards of quality luxury and fun. Elite 100 – Vacation Home Exchange home are typically valued between $3 and $5 million dollars and are current located in the following destinations:
Elite 100 – Vacation Home Exchange is hassle free and fee-free and you don’t see that very often any more. Here’s how it works:
- Let the Elite Concierge know which home you would like to visit (email)
- Elite will contact the Owner(s) of that home on your behalf to determine if they would like to travel to your home
- If an Owner say yes, we make the trade and arrange all the details
- Your desired dates of travel do not need to be the same dates that your host would like to visit your home.
- No fees, black-out dates or other complicated systems – (kind of like using your cousin’s place in Paris in exchange to letting her use your house in the Caribbean)
