Bill Bisanz
Mutual passions for world travel and real estate inspired Bill to found ELITE. More than once, he’d daydreamed about what it would be like to own homes in his favorite destinations around the world. Bill has experience in real estate, management consulting and international business — as well as entrepreneurial and political expertise. When living in Spain, Bill owned his own juggling ball business, which lead directly to a job at the U.S. embassy. His bachelor’s degree is from the University of Texas. Bill also holds an MBA from Columbia University. He speaks Spanish fluently and French poorly. His wife and children travel with him whenever possible.

Kathryn Lynden
Nothing is more important to Kathryn than creating the perfect owner experience and ensuring that ELITE always delivers on its promises to you. Kathryn brings world-class marketing experience to ELITE. She has traveled extensively and has firsthand knowledge of many of the destinations where Elite operates properties. Kathryn holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin. She has more energy than the rest of the ELITE team.

Jake Semling
Jake is in regular contact with ELITE owners. He has a background in property management, as well as experience in client services. Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Dana Buyer
Dana brings over 10 years of accounting expertise to ELITE. Her attention to detail, love of process, and common sense accounting benefit both owners and guests alike. Her passion is her 8 year old son with whom she enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, and playing softball.

Mark Stevens
Mark has years of experience in business travel and international real estate. His first hand experience was hard won traveling three hundred plus nights a year for the better part of a decade after studying fine arts at Ohio State. He knows what is right and good in travel and is deeply passionate about making sure he exceeds the expectations of all ELITE’s guests. Mark is the proud father of two school age children and is devoted to service in the community of St. Paul.

Nancy Wilson
Nancy was born in New York, but grew up in the Valley of the Jolly Green Giant. Her passion for the theatre makes New York City her favorite destination with London a close second. Prior to joining Real Estate Equities eight years ago as Executive Assistant to the owners, she was an Executive Assistant at Pillsbury for 17 years. Weekends are usually spent at whichever Minnesota team sport is in season, or reading the latest spy novels.

Daniel Bisanz
A graduate of Augsburg College, Dan brings his love of travel, family and people to ELITE. Dan has hand-picked many of the beautiful homes that are part of the ELITE portfolio. He has a passion for fine things including the arts, food, and photography.

Laurie Flum
Laurie joined Real Estate Equities in 1983; promoted to Controller of Real Estate Equities Management in 2002 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Systems and Technology in January 2007. In June of 2010 Laurie joined the Elite Destination Homes team as Controller/Asset Manager and currently oversees the Accounting department as well as the multiple property management companies who manage our homes around the world. Her focus ensures consistency within our ELITE brand and promotes fiscal responsibility throughout the company. She communicates well with staff, peers, superiors, owners, lenders and government institutions. Laurie is experienced in multiple accounting packages including Peachtree, Quick Books, VPRO, Solomon, Yardi, and miscellaneous others; currently using Salesforce and Great Plains. She is also experienced with many aspects of Property Management accounting including complex reporting, multi-leveled finance packages, rehab, new construction, lease-up phase fractional ownership and refinances.

Craig Brinkman
A CPA with a background in public accounting, Craig oversees our financial strategy at ELITE. Craig holds a degree in accounting from St. Thomas University. Craig is married with two sons, who are following in his footsteps to someday become Eagle Scouts.

Bob Bisanz
Bob is the co-founder of Real Estate Equities, ELITE’s parent company. His successful investment activity in the Turks & Caicos paved the way for Elite Destination Homes. Bob has been integral to Elite’s expansion in the fractional ownership market. Bob studied at Notre Dame and holds a degree from St. Thomas University. Married with three kids and two grandchildren, Bob enjoys golf and travel.
Terrence Troy
Terry is the co-founder of Real Estate Equities, ELITE’s parent company. Terry has been integral in developing ELITE’s business model and strategy. He holds a degree from Dartmouth University in Hanover, New Hampshire. Terry is married with four kids and fifteen grandchildren. He enjoys architecture, a good cigar and figuring out the impossible.
