Having been completed in June of 2008, Villa Alegria was newly constructed by a team of professional architects and designers to ensure a custom property unique to any others. Alegria has a style of it’s own, rare to Anguilla, the intimate beachside bungalow, mixed with elegance and luxury.
Alegria is on the ocean, with a paved walk to the beautiful Sandy Point beach, great for swimming and snorkeling. Or stay put and enjoy the oceanside pool and sundeck.
The villa is approximately 7,000 square feet and has four (4) bedrooms sleeping eight people comfortably, but larger parties can be accommodated.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, plus covered and alfresco dining areas create the perfect casual and formal entertaining areas.
Alegria boasts an indoor, air-conditioned fitness room with treadmill, eliptical trainer and Pilates equipment at your disposal.
